Union Lofts was originally designed as the Western Union Telegraph Building in 1927 by renowned New York architect William Welles Bosworth. The upper floors were in disrepair when Wisznia purchased the building and converted it into 33 loft apartments and ground floor retail space. The property was converted to condominiums and sold out in 2018.
